Meeting Called to Order: Meeting was called to order by President Andrew Sharp at 6:35 pm.
Old Business: Treasurer report presented by Amanda McKey. Report date Feb 13th thru March 18th. Beginning balance was $4,306.71, ending balance was $3,757.75. Complete report posted.
- Skate night Spirit Night will be held at Rivergate Skate on April 10th 6-8PM
- Teacher appreciation week will be May 6th - 10th PTO will coordinate efforts with Ms. Gonzalez already has planned.
- Field Day will be held on Friday May 17th. It will be held in two sessions with the morning session from 9-11:30am (K-2nd) and the afternoon 12:15-2:30 (3rd-5th).
- Volunteer sign up sheet will posted this week for any families who are able to volunteer to run game stations. Sign up here
- Game Room donations are posted, currently 4 games have been donated
New Business:
- Sensory Board workshop scheduled for Saturday May 18th from 11Am - 2PM at the school
- School will provide lunch
- Pegboards are not waterproof, so all 8 boards will be intended for indoor setup only
- If we cannot fill volunteers for all 8 boards will save leftovers as project for beginning of next school year

- Dia de los Ninos celebration is scheduled for Saturday May 11th from 4PM - 6PM , with a movie to be shown on the new projector/screen at dusk.

Teacher Report: Delivered by Ms. Hardin, “Horray for Books” week will be celebrated May 6th - 10th at the school. If you have any interest in being a guest reader for students during their library class please contact Ms. Hardin.
Principal Report: Given by Ms. Gonzalez. Ms. Gonzalez firmed up dates, times, and details around the sensory board project as well as Dia de Los Ninos celebration.
