PTO Meeting Minutes
November 14, 2023
Call to Order: Meeting called to order by President Andrew Sharp at 6:32 P.M.
Old Business: Previous meeting minutes read, moved, seconded, voted and approved.
Treasure report presented by Treasurer Amanda McKey, moved, seconded, voted, and approved. Current Balance $2,526.34.
New Business: Events recapped Spirit Wear was distributed and thank you letters went home with every order. The Dance site metrics, volunteers needs, teacher volunteer list, and equipment needed, Glow Dance ticket sales goals were discussed. Proceeds will be used for a Spring Event.
Holiday Music Performance will be December 15. There may be refreshments in the Advocacy Center. Volunteers will be needed. Also Ms. Rang requested for dinner to be purchased (Pizza and Water) for the Chorus that will be singing at the December PTO meeting on December 12th. Moved, seconded, voted and approved to purchase.
5th grade T-shirts were discussed and prospective designs will be presented at the December meeting.
Teacher and Staff Holiday appreciation Lunch will be provided by the PTO during the final week of school before the Holiday Break. Chick-Fil-A will be served.
Staff Report: Ms. McCarthy presented the staff report for Ms. Hardin. The Book Fair will be December 11-15 and 2-3 volunteers will be needed daily from 7:40 am to 8:20 am. Sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F094EA9AF2AA3FB6-46285783-book#/
