Pennington parent Mariel Newkirk has organized a Trash or Treasure™ collection box for Pennington. Collect your Valentines wrappers and bring them to school so they can be recycled! The poster below lists the many kinds of wrappers they can recycle! 
Americans spent a record $36.9 billion on candy in 2021—more than 600 million pounds of that candy is purchased just for Halloween. We all love celebrating with something sweet!
